You can place an order online from across England. MyBalkans makes deliveries to much of England with its own transport and courier. For areas that are not yet included in these deliveries, we use the courier company Yodel. Our goal is to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. When finalizing the online order, after you have specified a delivery address, you will see the possible options with dates and prices for the respective delivery. You can find the most up-to-date information about the status of your order by logging in to your account and selecting "My Orders". In any case, you will receive an sms on the day before delivery and on the day itself, with a two-hour delivery window. In the event we do not deliver to your address, your delivery will be made with Yodel, therefore th order will be delivered within 3-5 working days
